Chef Dan Bazzinotti and his team at Terra are supporting some of their friends and fellow chefs from the local restaurant scene in their new Chef Collaboration Series. Book a table at Eataly Boston’s stylish rooftop restaurant to sit down to dishes done in classic Terra style – earthy, locally-sourced and wood-fired – but featuring signature elements from their guest chef. Just to give you an idea of how that works, they’re starting with an Italian-style sausage braised in Brato’s Redemption Lager and grilled to perfection over the Terra fire and served with smoked cheddar cheese.
Every weekend throughout the month of October, they’ll be featuring the jointly-created dishes on the menu and donation fifty percent of the proceeds to the Restaurant Strong Fund to benefit hospitality professionals who’ve been impacted by the pandemic.
