A chef with a wood-fire grill makes for a great dinner, but invite four of his friends and you’ve got yourself a party. On Thursday, June 6th, chef Dan Bazzinotti is having four of Boston’s top tier cookers over to strut their stuff on Terra’s grill and celebrate summer in his gorgeous greenhouse restaurant. Chef-partner Tony Messina of Uni, chef-owner Cassie Piuma of Sarma, Executive Chef Sam De Los Santos of Eataly Boston and chef-owner David Punch of Sycamore will prepare their own cicchetti (small snacks), which will be passed around along with treats from Bazzinotti while you enjoy cocktails from the cash bar, live music and dancing. Tickets are $95 and include sparkling Italian wine when you walk in the door, food from all the chefs, and an Italian cocktail party that’ll set the tone for your whole summer. Click here for yours.
