In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, up your whiskey IQ at the next installment of CLINK.’s on-going dinner series featuring Teeling Irish Whiskey. On Thursday, March 17th, you can take your tastebuds on a tour with a four-course dinner designed by chef Daniel Kenney paired with these small-batch distilled spirits from Dublin’s first new distillery in over 125 years.
The night starts off at 6:30pm with the first cocktail and passed bites followed by a menu of seared scallops with crisp prosciutto and maple jus, wine-braised pork shoulder with potatoes colcannon and finishing the night off with Cashel Irish blue cheese pudding.
While you sip and savor, the Teeling Irish Whiskey ambassador will lead you through each pour and provide insights into how this craft distillery is blending the rich history of Dublin distilling with modern sensibilities. Take a peek at the full menu below and grab your tickets online here ($115 each) to toast to good health and good luck with some Irish liquid gold.
