The Forsyth Institute in Cambridge was founded over a century ago as a small children’s dental infirmary, and has grown into an internationally-acclaimed nonprofit focusing on oral and overall wellness. For the fifth year running, they’re celebrating with a Taste and a Toast to Good Health on Thursday, May 31st. The gala begins at 5:30pm (with a VIP reception and lecture at 4), featuring tastings from some of Boston’s biggest kitchen names like Jose Duarte, David Bazirgan, Jamie Bissonnette, Nick Calias, Will Gilson, Andy Husbands, Peter McCarthy, Brian Poe and Jameson Poll, for starters..
