Il Casale Lexington hosts Baxter Brewing Co. this month for a Back to School Beer & Swine Dinner. Get your fix of hops and chops on Monday, September 28th at 6:30pm, when chef Dante de Magistris brings out five pork-laden courses of his signature southern Italy-inspired fare to complement pairings from Baxter. The Maine-based brewery, located in the up-and-coming community of Lewiston/Auburn, to be precise, is on the forefront of the canned beer renaissance and first New England brewery to can all of its beers.
