The patio at Branch Line is the place to be on Monday, July 31st for a smorgasbord of sourdough slices and a slew of spritzes at Pies on the Patio with Si Cara. Chef Michael Lombardi’s Central Square pizza team is popping up for a night at the Watertown rotisserie from 4:30 to 9:00pm with Canotto-style pies that are made with naturally-leavened dough that is long fermented and bakes up into the most perfect, puffy crusts. The Branch Line peeps will be pouring sips of natural wines, and after you fill up on ‘za you can work it all off with a couple of rounds of bocce. Their patio has space for groups of all sizes, and there’s plenty of shade in the covered section if you’re UV averse (or if it rains); make a reservation here, or just pop by for walk-in seating.
