A joint partnership between Owner Garrett Harker and General Manager Andrew Holden of acclaimed Boston restaurant Eastern Standard Kitchen & Drinks, Branch Line is a neighborhood rotisserie in the Watertown Arsenal built on a foundation of personalized hospitality.

A Rotisol rotisserie from France - the kitchen workhorse and centerpiece of the dining room - anchors Branch Line’s menu, offering a study in the careful craft of slow-roasted meats and spit-cooked vegetables. Matching the restaurant’s simple, but sophisticated fare is a finely curated beverage program focused on obscure beers and coastal European wines.

Housed within a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places, Branch Line maintains the Federal style of architecture visible throughout the Arsenal by keeping structural elements of the original building and its red brick façade in place. Inside, the design is airy and bright, owing to impossibly high ceilings, floor-length windows and an open kitchen that spans the entire back wall of the dining room. This inviting quality extends outdoors to one of the city’s most vibrant venues for an open-air meal: Branch Line’s sprawling all-year dining terrace complete with Bocce court and perennial garden.
