September In the Kitchen at Rustic Kitchen

Host-chef Alissa Bigelow extends her Summer Surf & Turf-themed In the Kitchen series into September at Rustic Kitchen’s Park Square location. Starting at 7:00pm on Friday nights, Bigelow will walk guests through Executive Chef Tom Holloway’s signature grilled lobster salad with a crème fraiche and chive dressing; and marinated skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and a grilled corn and cucumber relish. Not only will guests get a front row seat to see how it’s all done but they’ll also get dinner, paired with 2006 Greg Norman Estates chardonnay from Santa Barbara. Make reservations soon, the studio only holds twelve people and people do love surf & turf so seats get scooped up fast. Tickets, which are non-refundable, must be paid in advance with a credit card.
