Every month(ish), Post390’s Executive Chef Nick Deutmyer puts together a “Farm to Post” menu, highlighting the best in local farms, fisheries, and purveyors. On Wednesday, July 25th, row your boat to the Back Bay for a menu that’s all about New England Summer Seafood, featuring local favorites Island Creek Oysters, Scituate’s Snappy Lobster, and Boston’s own Rocky Neck Fish Co. The Post team will kick things off with a cocktail hour and locally-sourced raw bar, then slide into a four-course menu loaded with beachy summer favorites like a Rhode Island crab cake, buttered lobster roll, bonfire striped bass, and finishing up with strawberry shortcake. Each course is paired with a delicious summer sipper, including a specialty cocktail, wine and a summer shandy, and the whole shebang is $55.
