Get up to speed on all things sake at the spring semester of O Ya’s Sake School. To start off the new year, sommeliers Nancy Cushman and Alyssa DiPasquale will be going over the basics and exploring some unusual accompaniments for the Japanese beverage (including Mexican, Italian and Thai dishes) in a couple upcoming Saturday afternoon get-togethers. Ideal for novices and more experienced sake drinkers, the hour-and-a-half long classes cost $145 per person which includes the aforementioned pairings from Tim Cushman and company).
