Rooted In Fire Dinner in Canton

Sparks will fly in Canton on Sunday, January 28th when chef Ana Sortun teams up with chef Marc Sheehan at Northern Spy for a feast that’s Rooted In Fire. The James Beard Award-winning chef of Oleana and Sofra will be popping up at the eatery tucked inside the historic Revere Rolling Copper Mill for a five-course, dinner created on the restaurant’s famed wood-fired hearth featuring winter veggies from Sudbury’s Siena Farms, and it’ll be the perfect spot to warm up during the chilliest days of winter. Check out the menu below to get your palate primed, including courses like Radish & Jonah Crab Salad: ember baked Kohlrabi green goddess and sourdough rye crisps from Northern Spy; and Lion’s’ Mane Mushroom Toast with baked gigante beans and smoked squash butter from Oleana.
