The Colonnade Hotel

The Colonnade Hotel is raising the roof with a summer guest chef series at their rooftop pool. Starting Tuesday, July 5th, chef Nick Calias will collaborate with culinary pals each week, in support of Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign. From 5:30-7:30pm, guests can sample dishes from the visiting toques, alongside a complementary plate or cocktail crafted by Calias. The lineup of pop-up cookers includes the likes of Chris Coombs, Tiffani Faison, Andy Husbands, Jose Duarte and more. Tickets for the cookout style tastings are $20 each, and include pool entrance and all the bites.
