Chef-owner Will Gilson and the folks at Puritan & Co. are busting out the party hats in honor of five thriving years in Inman Square. On January 25th they’ll be revisiting some of the best dishes to have graced the menu (since way back in 2012) at a Throwback Thursday dinner. The multi-course meal starts at 7:00pm and costs $125 per person with wine pairings, which will include some from the restaurant’s inaugural list as well as a few surprises.
