Since their original Valentine’s Day-themed cooking class sold out so fast, the folks at Coriander have added an additional class to accommodate the overflow. On Sunday, February 12th, chef-owner Kevin Crawley welcomes guests to the kitchen at Coriander for Valentine’s – 2 Days Before. The cooking tutorial will feature some romance-filled dishes like oyster and cucumber shooters; petite filet mignon with lobster caviar butter; and Dorian’s delicious three chocolate gateau.
