This little piggy went “nom nom nom,” all the way to the second annual Pig Dinner at Inman Square’s Hops Test Kitchen & Raw Bar. Every month, Chef Brian Miller and the HTK team host a themed private-tasting event, and this month’s featured ingredient is pork. On Sunday, June 25th, trot on over to Cambridge for a six-course porkapalooza, beginning with Piggy Snacks like house-made chicharrones and pork croquettes. The menu highlights a plethora of piggy-preparations, from confit pork Greek salad to a trotter roulade, and wraps up with Piggy Fudge – all of which will pair with HTK’s sprawling beer and whiskey selection like pigs in mud.
