Chef Michael Morway and guest chef Kevin Long are teaming up with sommelier Charles Gaeta to put on A Piedmont Affair at the neighborhood rotisserie and wood fired grill in Watertown. Expect a night of fabulous wines and Italian-inspired eats like White Truffle with Tonnato Sauce and Ficelle Crostini paired with Arneis, Valfaccenda, Loreto, Roero Riserva 2019; and Rotisserie Wild Boar Ragu with Fall Onions & Herbs and Hand-cut Tajarin Pasta paired with Barbera, Crissante Alessandria, Ruge, Barbera d’Alba Superiore 2017.
