You can get the next best thing to a trip to Italy’s Piedmont region on Wednesday, October 18th at Branch Line. Chef Michael Morway and guest chef Kevin Long are teaming up with sommelier Charles Gaeta to put on A Piedmont Affair at the neighborhood rotisserie and wood fired grill in Watertown. Expect a night of fabulous wines and Italian-inspired eats like White Truffle with Tonnato Sauce and Ficelle Crostini paired with Arneis, Valfaccenda, Loreto, Roero Riserva 2019; and Rotisserie Wild Boar Ragu with Fall Onions & Herbs and Hand-cut Tajarin Pasta paired with Barbera, Crissante Alessandria, Ruge, Barbera d’Alba Superiore 2017.

Buy your tickets here for $125 each (plus a small fee), dinner starts at 6:00pm with antipasti and a glass of bubbles before a sit-down meal in the dining room.
