July’s Piazza All’Aperto

Eataly Website

Party like a block-star at of Eataly’s summer block party series. Once a month, all summer long, you can head to the patio at 800 Boylston for Piazza All’Aperto (open plaza) for an Italian-style, open-air shindig featuring all of Eataly’s culinary delights including gelato, cannoli, pasta, cheese and grilled meats. There’ll be rosé (and frosé) along with beer and cocktails, live music, lawn games, and you can even learn a little Italiano with free lessons.

For their July 12th installment, they’ll be hosting their friends from the Museum of Fine Arts (you’ll have the chance to sketch a live Italian scene with a little guidance from the pros) and vendors from SoWa, including Yummy Mummy Brownies, Bittersweet Homestead and Caked Boston. Eataly will also be welcoming the folks from Lovin’ Spoonfuls and Little Donkey for a collaborative closed-loop cocktail (made entirely from surplus foodstuffs to help raise awareness for food waste. Keep an eye out for sips and nibbles from the likes of Island Creek Oysters, Peroni, Pallini and Campari, too.

Entry to these monthly events is totally gratis, with food and drink tickets available at the door or online here.
