The classic paloma includes tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice and sparkling water (or grapefruit soda) but the Alcove mixologists will be crafting their own unique takes using Tequila Ocho so you can develop your appreciation while you enjoy bites from the kitchen, listen to music and take in sunset views of the Zakim bridge.
