Olive Oil Class & Tasting

PAGU

Olive oil’s a pretty big part of the Mediterranean diet and for good reason: it’s loaded with antioxidants, full of anti-inflammatory properties and can work wonders on the skin. If you want to learn even more about the fruit juice (yes, it’s a fruit juice!), get yourself to PAGU on Saturday, March 31st. Hear from the owners of Trovato Schrage Selections who are all about craft, monovarietal olive oils that are grown, processed, and bottled on single estates.

You’ll taste a sampling of olive oils and learn all the ways it can be used from cooking to skincare and everything in between. There are two sessions, 2:00-2:30pm and 3:00-3:30pm, so pick whichever one works best for you. Afterward, you’ll be able to order a special dessert made with yogurt mousse, mint syrup, green shiso granita, olive oil and shiso leaves. The event is free, but seating is limited — secure your spot here.
