Get a fully immersive Thai experience at Talulla on either Monday, October 2nd or Tuesday, October 3rd as they host New York City-based guest chef Hong Thaimee. The Jean Georges Vongerichten-trained culinarian will be leading a hands-on cooking workshop starting at 5:00pm at chef Connor Dennehy and Danielle Ayer’s cozy Cambridge restaurant on Monday, where you’ll get the chance to work side by side with her to learn some Thai recipes using New England ingredients. You’ll get to sip on a welcome cocktail on arrival and when you’re done in the kitchen there’ll be time to sit down and enjoy the dinner you’ve made. The workshop is $150 per person and includes all your food, the class, a cocktail, and recipe cards to take home; reserve your place here.

If you’re more into the eating than the cooking, on Tuesday night Thaimee and Dennehy will be teaming up in the kitchen for a special six-course Thai tasting menu made with the freshest locally-sourced ingredients. Check out the menu below for a sneak peek of course like Lobster & Green Curry Popover, and “Hung Lay” Short Ribs with Parsnip, Ginger, and Sesame. Dinner costs $85 per person and you can add some sips of Singha beer or some sparklers from Une Femme Wines. Save your spot here between 5:00 and 8:45pm or give them a call at 617.714.5584.
