Miel Brasserie Provencal lives up to its sweet name with a Honey Bee Dinner on Wednesday, October 12th. The Intercontinental Boston restaurant will be abuzz for a four-course prix fixe menu featuring the hard work of the honey bees. A 6:00pm cocktail reception starts the night, showcasing very local honey from the hotel’s rooftop hives – paired with local cheeses and mixed into a whiskey cocktail. The dinner runs until 9:00pm and highlights include honey-braised pork cheek, honey-glazed black cod and honey-roasted duck breast. Reservations – $69 per person – can be made by calling 617.217.5151.
