Guest Chef in Residence Series with Mary Dumont

Chef Mary Dumont will lead the second installment of David Burke Prime’s Guest Chef in Residence Series (located at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut) on Friday, February 9th. Engage in a brief chat with Dumont starting at 6:30pm on her approach to seasonal & sustainable cuisine (pick her brain on the use of foraged ingredients), and hear details about her cooking philosophy at her restaurant, Cultivar (heads up, they have a proprietary hydroponic garden on-site, so make sure to ask about that!). Then, enjoy a four-course, seated dinner paired with cocktails and wine selections. Tickets are $115 and can be purchased here.
