On Monday, January 23rd, chef Matthew Barros rings in the Chinese New Year with a special tasting menu full of Eastern influences and Northeastern ingredients. Book a table to celebrate the most mighty of the zodiac signs – this is the year of the dragon – over four Jean-Georges-sanctioned courses.
