It’s never too early in the day for beer. Night Shift Brewing is bringing their beloved suds to Salem on Saturday, February 22nd for a boozy brunch at Ledger Restaurant. Between 11:00am and 2:00pm, come to the historic Salem Savings Bank building where you’ll be greeted with a draft beer upon arrival and treated to Night Shift-infused bites — think beer sausage, Reuben croquettes, beer-inspired mini-donuts — from chef Daniel Gursha and Pastry Chef Kate Holowchik. The brewers are bringing a few hard-to-find small batches with them that’ll be available for purchase so you can take some special creations home. Hip hop music will complement the hops as will swag giveaways. Tickets are $40 per person including gratuity; scoop yours up here.
