Latesummer Night’s Dinner

Bar Boulud Facebook

The transition from summer to fall can be bittersweet, but Bar Boulud is doing their best to make it less terrible by hosting a Latesummer Night’s Dinner on Thursday, September 6th, featuring all the best ingredients still flourishing in the late summer sunshine. Take this opportunity to meet the man behind the restaurant, Daniel Boulud, and his new Executive Chef Brian Arruda as they collaborate on a four-course menu featuring last-of-the-season delicacies like yellowfin tuna with crispy sweet breads and crudités, Bacon-wrapped monkfish with lobster and fall squash, and capping the night with a fresh blueberry tart. It’s $95 to reserve a seat at the table (not including tax and gratuity), and the sommelier will be nearby to suggest the perfect wine pairing.
