Vincent’s chef Philip Nacron is a huge fan of Jacques Pépin, and if you are too you won’t want to miss this January’s Chef’s Dinner, which is dedicated to the fabulous French forefather of celebrity chefs. Nacron learned to love cooking all the French classics from watching Pépin over the years, and on Thursday, January 26th you can join the Vincent’s team for six courses of Pépin-inspired flavors like Soft Cooked Egg with braised spinach, béchamel and alpine cheese; and Chicken Ballotine stuffed with red rice and red wine sauce. Dinner costs $90 per person and you can snag a reservation here; there will also be an optional wine pairing. Choose a time between 5:00 and 8:30pm and head toward Wellington-Harrington in Cambridge on the day of, and give them a call at 617.314.7297 with any Qs.
