It’s Taco Time at Vincent’s

You might already know that Vincent’s in Cambridge moonlights as a Texas roadside-style taco hangout during weekend brunch, but on Thursday, July 27th chef Philip Nacron and the crew are taking things one step further with a three-course Taco Night Dinner. For just $60 per person you’ll get a choice of a vegetable course like Sweet Corn Tamale with Manchego or Pimento Cheese Chile Relleno, followed by a choice of three big tacos (think: Cheddar Jalapeño Sausage, Chorizo & Potato, and Charred Broccoli & Cheddar), and finish strong with a taste of something sweet. There’ll be plenty of margaritas, Lone Star tall boys, and cool wines to wash everything down, as well as a full lineup of popular cocktails of the Rio Grande. Take a peek at the menu below.
