Enjoy the bounty of New England in a three-course Hunter’s Meal (without firing a single shot) at Sulmona. From November 1st-22nd, chef Delio Susi prepares the feast (available during dinner service), incorporating seasonal delights like quail, rabbit, venison, pumpkin and huckleberry.
