As is their tradition, the folks from The Café at Taj Boston are inviting guests into their cellar again on Thursday, August 30th. For this installment, four white wines of Domaine Schlumberger (a Pinot Blanc, Gewurtztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris to be precise) will take center stage and serve as the inspiration for chef Michael Mandato’s four-course menu.
