Chef Will Gilson is inviting guests to his Inman Square restaurant, Puritan & Co., for his annual Harvest Dinner. On Thursday, November 16th, fall flavors abound at a family-style dinner celebrating the bounty of the season, with carafes of wine and communal tables where you and your neighbors can mingle over a six-course prix fixe feast. The festivities begin at 6:00pm with autumnal hors d’oeuvres like clothbound cheddar-stuffed kielbasa and beet fritters with salmon tartare, then kick off in earnest with locally-farmed fare like braised pork shoulder, celery root bisque, and apple cider donuts for dessert.
