The talented peoples at the delightful South End enoteca from award-winning chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer feel that even the wheat-averse should be able to enjoy a few good slices, so they’ll be scouring the kitchen and swapping out ingredients like they do during their popular gluten-free nights to make celiac-approved pizza with Ugly’s Gluten Free Crusts.
The pop-up runs from 1:00 to 3:00pm or until they’re sold out — which is a distinct possibility so you’ll wanna get a move on if you want a piece of the pie. Set a reminder on your phone to call in because there will be no pre-ordering; pizzas will be available for pick up or delivery only.
