On Sunday, October 15th, No. 9 Park wants to fortify your cocktail knowledge with a class that’s all about fortified wine. Port, sherry, Madeira, and vermouth make up the backbone of many a classic boozy concoction, and they all have a rich and varied history. Class is in session from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, where you’ll sip samples of six or seven cocktails and snack on apps at the bar while learning the story behind some of Italy, Portugal, Spain’s most interesting spirits.
