Pull on a chunky knit sweater and some tall boots and get over to Urban Hearth for a limited-time Foraged & Found menu to kick off the fall season. Chef Erin Miller has scoured the fields, forests, and shores of the region for a special selection of bites that are hyper local and totally sustainable, which will be available from Tuesday, September 26th through Saturday, September 30th.
Grab a reservation here and note that you’re interested in the special menu to taste bites like an Autumn Forager Salad with local rose hip vinaigrette & honeycomb; a Wild Mushroom Tarte Tatin with wild verjus syrup & pickled Concord grapes; or Foraged Wild Mussels in crabapple cider & local nasturtium butter.
The special menu will be available in addition to their regular a la carte menu, plus you can also sip seasonally from the fall cocktail menu that also includes foraged ingredients like elderberry wine and Miller’s own foraged black walnut nocino. If you have any Qs give them a call at 617.682.7295 and check out their IG for a sneak peek at what’s in Miller’s foraging basket.
