On Sunday, December 29th, Chef Andrew Brady is preparing one of his favorite Korean New Year’s traditions for you and yours with a Bossäm Feast. Ssäm is Korean for “wrapped”, and the meal features a pork shoulder slow-roasted to perfection and served with fixin’s like homemade sauces, pickled vegetables, and rice to be wrapped in lettuce and eaten by hand. Dinner will be served family-style with a la carte options available to round out your meal, and Field & Vine will have their spectacular array of natural and biodynamic wines on offer for pairing.
