Cusumano Wine Dinner

Fat Hen Facebook

The crew at Fat Hen is teaming up with Cusamano wines on Wednesday, September 26th for a one-night-only tasting menu that’ll highlight the Sicilian producer (and the area’s up-and-coming wine production). Chef Brian Miller is crafting a five-course spread full of scallop crudo, marinated grilled fish and a confit aged NY strip (plus a few surprise dishes up his sleeve!), while General Manager & Wine Director Evan Bradford pairs each dish with a carefully chosen sipper.

Cusumano is a third-generation, family-owned operation run by two brothers, one of whom (Diego) will be at the dinner himself ready to talk about the vineyard’s legacy. Expect rich flavors and varietal expression in your glass, a type of sophisticated profile that only grapes ripened under the Sicilian sun could produce. Sounds amazing and you want to snag a spot? Move quickly because there are only 30 seats available. Tickets are $85 each, plus a small processing fee — grab yours here.
