The crew at Fat Hen is teaming up with Cusamano wines on Wednesday, September 26th for a one-night-only tasting menu that’ll highlight the Sicilian producer (and the area’s up-and-coming wine production). Chef Brian Miller is crafting a five-course spread full of scallop crudo, marinated grilled fish and a confit aged NY strip (plus a few surprise dishes up his sleeve!), while General Manager & Wine Director Evan Bradford pairs each dish with a carefully chosen sipper.

Cusumano is a third-generation, family-owned operation run by two brothers, one of whom (Diego) will be at the dinner himself ready to talk about the vineyard’s legacy.
