Eat and drink local at Urban Hearth’s dinner with Marzae Wines and Curio Spice Co. on Thursday, April 11th. Chef Erin Miller and crew have put together a lovely prix fixe to complement selections from Marzae’s portfolio, including their brand new vermouth which they’ve made in collaboration with the team at Curio Spice, a Cambridge-based sustainable spice company. Made with New England grown grapes and some of the best herbs & spices around, the vermouth will be making its debut exclusively at this dinner, so you can be one of the first to try this special fruity, hyperlocal americano. The three-course menu costs $85 per person, plus $45 for the optional beverage pairing — which you won’t want to miss.
