Don’t ever let anyone tell you you’re eating too much cheese, you don’t need that kind of negativity. The folks at Dear Annie would never say such a thing – that’s why they’ve invited Formaggio Kitchen’s head cheesemonger Marc Hernandez to pop by for the ultimate Cheese and Wine Menu on Sunday, November 5th. There are no reservations at the adorable (and award-winning) natural wine bar, so you’ll have to get down to Mass. Ave. in Cambridge early, starting at 5:00pm (after their afternoon Quarter Moon Market), to enjoy natural wines and ciders paired up with “super-gouda” plates like Comte Fort Saint Antoine (chevre Du Haut Bearn), with Sourdough and cranberry jam; and Herve Pikant (cow, Belgium) with Parisian Gnocchi, Maitake Mushrooms and kale.
