You’ve likely had a treat from Flour Bakery — maybe their iconic Chunky Lola cookie, a brown butter cinnamon roll or the super moist banana bread — but do you know the face behind Flour? Come meet chef-owner Joanne Chang on Monday, April 1st at WBUR CitySpace, where Chang will be the guest star for this month’s Curated Cuisine series, a convo that takes place each month with celebrated national chefs. Former Boston Globe food editor, Sheryl Julian, will be the moderator of the chat, which will also explore Chang’s other venture with her partner Christopher Myers, aptly named Myers+Chang.
