The corn harvest is coming in this week at Forage, and chef Eric Cooper and the gang have an a-maize-ing four-course all-corn experience planned for Tuesday, August 15th — you don’t want to miss a morsel. Grab a reservation here to dine in at the cozy Cambridge dining room where you’ll be treated to farm-fresh corn dishes paired with some of expert wine picks from vino guru Stan Hilbert, including Monkfish Wrapped in Corn Husk with Spicy Sweet Corn Toum paired with 2021 “Malvadiesel,” Rodica, Slovenia; and Corn Flognarde with Creamy Chicken and Poached Veggies paired with 2019 Ploussard, Domaine Rolet, Jura. Dinner is $105 per person, and you can take a peek at the menu below. If you don’t feel like pulling together a dinner outfit you can also order your corn feast to go here for $160 (feeds two people). If you like any of the sips from dinner, you can take those home by the bottle, too, at retail prices.
