ChefsFeed Indie Week is making its first stop in Boston this year, bringing together 24 chefs — 13 local cookers & 11 out-of-towners — to prepare a twelve-course menu (yes, 12!) across three nights. Hosted by chef-owner Tracy Chang at her Japanese Spanish fusion spot, PAGU, the unforgettable culinary experience will take place on Thursday, June 20th, Friday, June 21st and Sunday, June 23rd. Thursday & Friday’s line-up each include 12 chefs and then on Sunday, the whole gang gathers in the kitchen for one massive meal making session.
Among the local talent are Peter McKenzie (Haley Henry), Meghan Thompson (SRV), Jamie Bissonnette (Toro, Coppa & Little Donkey), Michael Serpa (Select Oyster Bar), Alex Sáenz (BISq), Seizi Imura (Cafe Sushi), Meghann Ward (Tapestry), Rebecca Arnold (Whole Heart Provisions) and Steve Postal (Commonwealth). Each plate comes paired wine a glass of wine, so there’ll plenty to eat and drink across the dozen courses. Tickets include both tax & gratuity and are $125 per person for Thursday & Friday evenings or $175 per person for Sunday evening. Get yours before they’re gone!
