Cambridge Brewing Company’s chef Dave Drew will be visiting from over the river for a special guest star appearance at Pescador on Thursday, May 11th for their monthly Ceviche Bar Takeover series. Each month chefs Dan Bazzinotti and Keith Pooler turn over the keys to the ceviche kingdom to one of the city’s celebrated chefs, and this month Drew will be bringing his gastro-brewpub sensibilities to the table with a special multi-course menu of crudo, ceviche and more.

Grab a reservation here for a 6:00pm seating; dinner is $95 per person, and you can add an optional beverage pairing (don’t skip the beer), or select something special from their lengthy tequila and mezcal list to set the tone.
