Cape Cod Cooking Class with Chef Heather Allen

The Wine List in Hyannis wraps up their winter cooking class series by welcoming chef Heather Allen of Mashpee’s Heather Restaurant for an in-house seminar focusing on sauces. For just $75 per person guests will get to watch Allen run through some the secrets that go into her sauces, ask questions and sample all the evening’s recipes accompanied by fabulous Wine List wines.
