If you want to get your hands on one of Boston’s hottest bagels, head to Little Donkey on Sunday, January 21st for a bite with Brick Street Bagels. The buzzy bagelry that was created by Vermonter-turned-Bostonian Jordan Renouf has been making waves in the boiled dough business lately, and chef Ken Oringer’s Central Square hotspot is set to be the next stop on their pop-up schedule.

You can get in on all the bagel action in one of two ways: either pre-order your sandwich online for pickup when the link goes live here at 4:00pm on Thursday, January 18th, and then pickup on Sunday starting at 9:30pm (check out the menu below). Or, you can get in line on Sunday morning for dine-in bagels starting at 10:30am, which will include some exclusive sandwiches that aren’t on the pre-order menu. People have been queuing up around the block to get these bagels, so if you plan to eat in be sure to get there early.
