If you’ve ever been to Bondir Restaurant in Cambridge, you know that the bread is unparalleled. But what if you could learn to make it yourself? On Monday, June 24th, chef-owner Jason Bond is holding a hands-on bread making workshop at The KITCHEN inside the Boston Public Market. Presented by The Trustees and the Oldways Whole Grains Council, Bond’s class will teach you the secrets to baking the perfect loaf of bread while also building your skills (and your confidence) in the kitchen.

Bond will guide you in creating two from-scratch loaves of bread that you can finish baking at home, as well as cultured butter from scratch. You’ll get to snack on local cheeses and finger foods from various Boston Public Market vendors, enjoy fresh bread from Bondir, and taste three local New England wines courtesy of The Massachusetts Wine Shop. Tickets are $64 for Trustees members and $80 for non-Trustees. Click here to find out more information about the event, and to reserve your spot before it’s sold out.
