Need some carbs to get you through the week? Plan a hump day trip to Coolidge Corner for an all-you-can-eat feast at Vello’s Bottomless Pasta Wednesdays. Every week chef-owner Simon Restrepo & Co. invite guests to sit down to a dinner of Caesar salad with focaccia, followed by bowls (and bowls) of spaghetti or rigatoni with your choice of sauce (pesto, pomodoro, bolognese, vodka and more) for just $35 per person. You can add proteins like chicken, shrimp or salmon for a little bit extra and you’ll definitely want to (try to) save room for desserts ‘cause there’s tiramisu and spumoni from pastry chef Thomas Langille.

Bottomless pasta is available for on-site dining only (no take-out) so you’ll have to get dressed and get out of the house to get this deal – just be sure to wear the stretchiest of your stretchy pants.
