Executive chef Josue Louis and sommelier extraordinaire Todd Lipman welcome barman-turned-certified wine specialist Corey Bunnewith for an Italian wine dinner at Bistro du Midi. On Tuesday, February 21st, the Back Bay’s premier Provencal eatery will be matching five courses of French fare with five wines from the Bertani portfolio. Bunnewith will be on hand to talk about the evening’s varietals, imported from Bertani’s 200 hectares of vineyards in Veneto.
