Chefs Joanne Chang and Andy Husbands have this whole to-go pop-up thing pretty much down to a science. The pair are hosting their sixth installment at the Seaport location of The Smoke Shop this Saturday, May 2nd. Snag your smoked meats and your sweets asap (before they sell out!!) on The Smoke Shop’s website (where you can also scoop up gift cards and cookbooks and make donations to the their staff fund). The packages are designed for 4-6 people with leftovers factored in but if you play your cards right you can have a weekend full of ribs, wings, pork belly burnt ends and/or a Flour vanilla birthday cake with vanilla frosting and homemade sprinkles (it doesn’t actually have to be your birthday just FYI).
