Aura’s Organic Wine Dinner in Honor of Earth Day

Celebrate Earth Day a little early this year by reveling in the organic and handcrafted wines of Lolonis Vineyards – on Wednesday, April 1st chef Rachel Klein hosts a wine dinner at Aura featuring these unique and sustainably created wines. Klein’s culinary prowess will be on full display in four scrumptious courses (think: braised short rib with smoked potato puree, Wisconsin blue and black garlic; or Moulard duck with kale, date puree and peppercress).
