Terrazas de los Andes

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in Lexington with a visit to Town Meeting Bistro for a special Farm to Vine Dinner on Thursday, September 21st at 6:00pm with wines from Terrazas de los Andes. Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi drew inspiration from the winery in Mendoza, Argentina that’s nestled in the Andes mountains where the Earth meets the sky for this month’s dinner, and the ingredients coming from Lexington Community Farm are as local as it gets. Check out the menu below for a peek at the night which includes four courses like Farm Egg with Local Cheese and Charcuterie and Garden Herbs paired with Chandon Garden Spritz; and Chicken Roulade with Squash, Beans and Chiles paired with Terrazas de los Andes Grand Malbec. Dinner costs $162 per person and includes all your food, wine, tax and tip (book your spot here). Keep your eye on The Inn at Hastings Park’s socials for more Farm To Vine dinners throughout the fall, and give the restaurant a call at 781.301.6655 if you have any Qs.
