Hey, hospitality folks! If you’re interested in doing a deep dive with some fellow industry peoples, head to Spoke Wine Bar in Davis Square for a collaborative masterclass on Tuesday, October 11th. The Spoke crew will be welcoming their friends from NYC’s Angel’s Share cocktail bar and inviting them to share (pun only semi-intended) some of their expertise re: Japanese hospitality. This educational info sesh will be presented by Angel Share’s Senior Bartender Tsunetaka Imada from 6:00-8:00pm – there’ll be complimentary beverages thanks to Yola Mezcal and snacks courtesy of the Spoke’s talented culinary team.
